I love this piece of poetry. It makes me realise how much I, not only want to be able to write poetry that moves ppl, but also be able to preform it in a way the poetry fully comes to it's justice. Anyway, I only have a link. Oh my! i tell ya....that man is so gud that all i have to say is wow... he gave the poetry life. What a mad skill he got! Buta gurl if writing or/and performing is ur passion..go for it..passing da msg that u have in da way that he did...worth everything. I wish I could. Thx 4 sharing

It's not my passion but it cool be cool to be able to do it. I have alot of respect for ppl that can look deep inside themselves and share what they find. Underrated, seriously underrated.... that's all I say....

I think i know what you mean.

but the trick is when you go infront of people, dont give a damn what you think the response should be. Say it because you wrote it, its your feelings. People in the audience (seasoned audience) can tell whether youre speaking for show, or you dont care what the judgment is. Its from your heart so no one has a right to score it...

works for me, i do it on the regular at a poetry spot near my alma matter college. Search it up on google "A Mic and Dim Lights"

Yeah Poetry is a part of who I am as well. In DC we have this place called busboys and poets where Def cats share their poetry
