Selam and welcome. To upload MP3's you can go to 'My Account', then click on the 'Submit Items' tab that appears at the top of the page, then scroll down and click 'Upload MP3's' OR you can go to myflashfetish.com and create a cooler MP3 widget like many of us have done- either way works.
